Hi everybody, now here's something for the experts: I have the idea of importing a Burstner Argos or Autotrail Chieftain to New Zealand. I have to keep the gross weight below 4500 kg that means I have to go for pre 2007 models that come with the 2.8JTD which doesn't satisfy Euro 4 emissions. Euro 4 is a requirement for importing the van to NZ so this calls for the 3.0 JTD available in the post 2007 models weighing in at 5 tons. See the problem:bang:
Question: has anybody ever swapped the 2.8 engine for the 3.0? Is it possible at all? If so which garage in the UK could deal with it? Thanks for all input!
