I'm about to buy some suspension mounts but I'm confused as to what is called what and what is needed...

Obviously there is the metal part with the mount in...then there is the rubber part thick ring part...then on the fiat eper and on Manodalys website there is a smaller rubber ring that doesn't seem to be listed on any uk websites..

The kit im going for is this

But this is the other part I'm on about..
http://manodalys.lt/product.php?id_product=1527330005..
He hasn't any in stock and they don't seem avaliable in the uk

That looks very much like the rubber mount/collar that the top of the rear coil springs fits into. It has a recess with a stop moulded into it and the end of the top of the coil spring butts up against it, the "tag" end on the underside of the item in your photo looks like this "stop end".

I also seem to remember the top of my mounts were moulded like the one in your picture. Hope that helps a bit.

BTW, does the Mandolys site have an English translator on it?

This piccy might help:

As nuddmann says, the rubber seat that Manodalys sells sits atop the spring. There's then a big turntable bearing that sits on top of and inside the rubber seat which is what the whole front corner suspension set up swivels on when you turn the steering wheel. That in turn is capped off by the tri-lobed metal plate with the rubber doughnut in the middle that fixes the top of the strut to the car without transmitting too much vibration to the bodyshell.

Manodalys can probably supply the whole lot at a good price. As you're a donated member, it might be worth looking at Shop4Parts as you'll get 10% of their website price. That's where I got mine from.

Thanks for the info guys...
So its the rubber spring seat I'm on about...where do you get this from in the uk? As I said manodalys is out of stock for 2-3weeks...
I don't want to dismantle it all to find I need this relatively inexpensive part too..

Well I done this last week and the hardest part was compressing the spring far enough to get new mounts on...
The turntable bearing looked as good as new but the spring seat has started to perish, but was still usuable...
Other than manodalys, does anyone know any UK suppliers?

When I was looking Souls of Olney bedfordshire could get them next day
