The front passenger side damper is leaking oil so I took it to a garage and I need the damper replaced, so I think the drivers side needs replacing as well? I want to lower the car at one point so I was thinking of getting eibach springs which lower it 30mm.

Question is, I know it's better to get matched springs and dampers but will it be ok to use the eibach springs with brand new OE dampers? (I will replace the back two dampers as well), will the ride comfort suffer much? I might as well get everything done at the same time.

I know u can get the blistein kit, but 40mm is too low for me.
Also how much do you think it will add on to my tesco insurance?

Thanks for the help

bravo 1.4 sx 1996 if that matters.

I'd go for the bilstein kit if I were you, its 35-40mm. If not just get the normal bilstein shocks and use the eibach springs with those, they are better than Fiat shocks by miles.

You will find just with new shocks and especially rear ones that it will handle alot better anyway.
