Wehey! Got it through the MOT!
New shocker (£63.92 in fitting and vat from fiat), a 13" wiper and a 16" wiper. Yip, they originally failed me on the sunstrip as it was impairing the drivers view. I buy smaller blades that dont touch the sunstrip and it all goes through nicely.
Bit weird as I can see just the same amount through my windscreen as I could on Saturday but probably less in the rain and it passes!

Well from my experiance about it, It depends on the garage you go to, i have a local garage round the corner from me and they are MOT qualified but have passed me for a full sized sunstrip. My wiper blades go over the suntrip by 3inches, and I don't think they cared about that to be honest. Next time it goes thro, I have blacked out then rear lights and side indicators, It will fail on these for being to dark. Anyone know the light % it has to let out?
