have a problem with my sun roof it seems to be sitting about 1.0cm down at the back end . it does not leak, however when goping along at anything higher than 35mph the noise from the drag its creating is really ****ing me off.
any suggestions appreciated

Check it might have come off from the side sliding channel. If not try to adjust it with the markings on the side channel, it should level with the roof from outside. shut it and open it few times and it should allign on its own.

My current Bravo doesn't have a sunroof, but my previous Bravo did and i used the method below to fine tune it.

Do this if the sunroof works fine and the relay cuts in to stop the sunroof in the tilt, norm and slide position.

1. Manually use the sunroof switch to align the sunroof to the position you want. (i.e to raise by 1cm)
2. Undo the Centre Courtesy Light.
3. Undo the sunroof motor.
4. With the light still attached and the motor, press the switch (any direction) all the way until the motor stops, press it again in the same direction. It will either not do anything or the motor will move again and stop.
5. Once it wont go any futher. Press the switch the opposite way. Until it stops.
6. Dont touch the switch again and refit the motor and courtesy light to the sunroof.

Now when you try it, it should stop perfectly at the norm position, tilt and slide position.

manually use the sunroof switch to align ????
sorry could you elaborate
thanks

The switch works on a relay, you keep your finger on it, it will fully open the sunroof. Press the switch the other way it will move till the sunroof stops in the norm position, then when you keep your finger on the switch again it will slide under the roof.

Ok what i mean is press the switch (But not keep your finger on i) to raise the back of the sunroof up the 1cm so its flush with the roof. Small quick presses of the switch will do. Once its aligned you will need to remove the motor. Set the motor to norm position and refit. Follow the above you'll understand what i mean when you do it.
