I have mentioned on previous threads that I am beggining to collect all the parts require to build up a 695 replica. For a variety of reasons, (one being that Dellorto DFZ are rare and often eye-wateringly expensive) I am going to be fitting a 1-1/4in SU HS2 carb. I am told that there are a couple of people out there who have used such a set-up--question is:- which HS2 version have they used and which needle did they fit? I have been able to confirm that the HS2 and DFZ flanges match and that by utilising the 20deg. adaptor, the float chamber sits at the correct angle. Any help would be much appreciated.:worship:
