Because Ming hasn't asked me if I have studs for the rear that will fit with spacers of less than 12mm

I agree not perfect, but I've seen worse solutions to issues. I have used them putting 98mm wheels on 100mm hubs and never had a problem. Now wheres that wood?

You know, I think if it were me, I'd have the hubs and disks drilled.

You'd be VERY close to the edge of the hub if you took each 1mm further out. THought about this in the past.
Punto grande etc are 100pcd though aren't they. Wonder if their hubs and discs could be utilised?

PCD correction nuts and bolts found here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CONVERSION-PC...14&_trkparms=72:1689|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318 these are the nuts I used on Martin's car which uses Fiat Seicento Abarth studs, worked a treat when we had them, not read of martin having anybother with them. Nicely made and looked very robust.

But consider, the studs/bolts/threads should only handle lateral forces. Compare the likely forces acting on those to an Alfa 155 (very similar hubs and disks, same PCD) going round Brands on slicks!
