Street Fighter 4 on PC

I know its a bit dated now, but i got it for £10 from amazon.
Its looks pretty good on this version.

£8 for the DLC, which seems to be a costume change seems a bit much.

I now have a Live gamertag, does this mean I can use the same login on a 360 if i decide to get one?

Someone try adding me, 'thepsychofox' to see if it works.
