Technical Strange wheel arch "glitch"?

I'm saying "glitch", as I assume it's electrical. Although it could be purposeful, I am fairly poor with cars in general.

The lights i've circled here. When I have my main headlights on, these lights are off by default.

However, when I turn my steering wheel more than 45degrees(ish) to the right, the right one comes on. When I turn my steering wheel to the left 45degrees, the left light comes on and the right turns back off. When my steering wheel goes back to near centre, they both are off.

Drove in darkness for the first time tonight and noticed it - any advice? Bravo noob here.

Stop worrying, its perfectly normal. They are turning lights that activate when turning. Don't think you can turn them of. You'll get used to it.... You'll love the car, Bravo's are the dogs..........

As above, they're cornering lights. All covered in the cars handbook.

Will also illuminate then your stationary / at low speed and you indicate
