Hi,

I have a 2013 1.3jtd Doblo Cargo

My main beam lights aren't working although displaying the light on the dash, aswell as my back fog lights.

I have been pulling my hair out over this.
I have tried, checking bulbs. Checked specific fuses to the main beam.
And replaced the full indicator stalk.

I can't find anything similar to this and was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar or can recommend something to try.

Hello,

I'd say that the rear fog doesn't work because the headlights are not working. As far as I remember, the rear fog lights require the low beam.

Have you checked the errors on MES? There is also a possibility to activate them through MES, just to test if they are working on their own. If the bulbs and the fuses (assuming you've found the correct ones) are OK, the relays might be also faulty.

Thanks for the response, the relays are working OK (tested with known working relay) I'm going to give MES a go, how do I activate the lights on MES

First you have to choose the correct model.

Then choose the system and control module:

Then in the Actuators tab you can test all lights and other systems managed by the body module:

You can check on the multiecuscan.net website which interface / adapter is needed on your van.

Tried on MultiEcuScan to activate headlights via actuator tab but didn't work this error is showing. Guessing it's either a bcm fault or a loose wire somewhere

Yes, I understand that if the headlights would work via MES, it would mean that the lever is damaged. When they are not working, I'd check the wires first for continuity with a multimeter for start.

Have you got any errors on MES?
B1025-14 is the error I have "high beam light command". Apparently a short to ground or open circuit somewhere.
