Any easy way to do this without removing steering wheel and risking airbag deployment? Is there a nut you can loosen at bottom of column inside cabin?

It's not tracked properly if the steering wheel is off centre.

To align the road wheels properly, the steering rack needs to be central (same amount hanging out of each end of the rack) and the steering wheel straight, then the road wheel angles are set via the track rod/inner tie rods.

Sounds like someone has just aligned the wheels with the rack off centre, hence the steering wheel being cocked.

Sounds like a KwikFit special bodge - only adjust one track rod - not both ..
If you have paid to have the tracking done, Take it back and TELL them to fix it...
What Goudrons says is correct.
