Hi Can You Help Me Plz My Stilo Abarth Has Just Started To Act Up In First Gear Now On Set Off It Kerks A Bit Then Its Ok But The Engine Is Warm So Its Not The Engine And Ive Only Just Got This Car And 3weeks I Dont Want All This Trouble I Dont Know My Rights
As In Giving The Car Back When Its On Finance Can Anyone Help Me Plz Many Thanks Abarth 2.4 20v Selespeed 2002 41000 Mileage

Sounds like the clutch, another documentated issue on this forum....

thought asmuch looks like its going back to the garage if they will take it off me what do you think stuart let them fix it or could this be a can of worms and cancel the whole thing off

Well, James Abarth had is replaced under warranty, iirc, and his is all fine now

Is yours outside 3rd year warranty now? End of day, the car they sold is duff, but I would let them try and fix it.

yes stuart its out of warranty but also the electric heated seat does not work the cd changer does not work i boght the car did not get it for 1 week airbag light on then fiat found the ball joint goosed then i get it back and all this i havent eaven had it one month yest i just think its to much trouble

stuart i got a result from the garage i bought it from they will sort all the problems out and up my warranty to 12months instead of the six months that came with the car sort the clucth propblem out aswell to keep me happy
