Technical stilo rear caliper rebuild

Hi,
Did a search and couldn't really find much.
Has anyone ever rebuilt a caliper ie re-sealed it?
If so was it straight forward or a real pain?
Both my rear calipers are getting sticky and need to do something with them before i replace the discs and pads.
Any feedback would be welcome.

i recently replaced my break discs and i re build mine dint take to long and wasnt that much of a pain, i went to effort cause i was painting the calipers. its worth making the effort .
