I have a 2003 1.9jtd estate. And frankly it blows.

Blows the lights.
A lot.
As replacing the h7 bulbs in the headlight cluster is an exercise in frustration, I think a new plan is in order.
I'm thinking LED everything. LED's just should not blow unless you over volt them.
I dont suppose anyone can list all the bulbs and quantities?
I'm pretty sure I saw someone mention that cheap LED baynoet cap jobs don't draw enough for the electrical system to pick them up. While it's fun having the disco lights on the dash, I understand a resistor in the right place will cure that.

Just make sure you get the Canbus friendly LED lights.

Are you certain your system is not overvoltage?

I am currently converting a car to LED (including headlights). A 1946 Austin 8. No Canbus issues but it is 6V and I need to convert to negative earth.

The 2 Dipped Beams are H7, the 2 Main Beams are H1 and the 4 Sidelights are 501 W5W :)
Make sure you get CanBus LED replacements :)

ive put can bus leds on my side lights and the others ive put in osrams longlife bulbs.
like you i was blowing bulbs which seemed like every other week, but since i put in the osrams they have been fine, my current ones are a year old - 2 years left on the warrenty.
they are not that expensive when you weigh up the cost of the standard replacements every few weeks.
OSRAM ULTRA LIFE H7 halogen headlamp bulb 64210ULT-HCB longlife in double box: Amazon.co.uk: Car & Motorbike

LED headlamp conversions are illegal, as they governed by the same regs as HIDs so I'd quit while you're ahead (y)
