stilo brake warning

well, just got a 1.9 jtd 3 door in yellow!!!!! only problem is intermittent brake fluid low warning coming up on computer, have checked level is ok, garage ( not main dealer) where i got it have checked pads, handbrake, any ideas or do i have to live with it????
