Does anyone know a good place where you can get stuff specifically for the Stilo..I'm looking for a cover for the car over night and the brio brochure does not have a cover for the stilo..
Found a good place to get Alloy tax disc holders with either a Fiat logo or Abarth logo on the back, as well as being able to write you own message underneath.
the scorpion with Fast Fiat scribed under it would look kinda cool.

Also while im here ;)

I was wondering if anybody knows if you can get a rear spoiler like this one fitted onto an Abarth without taking off the original spoiler, as it has the brake light in the original and I don't want to lose that.

any suggestions would be cool, thanx guys.

The 3rd brake light on my 53 plate stilo is mounted at the top of the tailgate behind the rear screen and has nothing to do with the spoiler so you shouldn't have a problem. Unless its been moved and this website might give you a few more styling ideas www.fastfiat.com

let us know how much it is for that backbox..its something on my wish list..
I was told by the guy at Fiat that if i fit a performance exhaust on my Abarth that it would fail the MOT... is that right ? the car will be brand new,he said something about the change in emmisions would effect it ?
its all new to me so any info where i can find out about this would help.
Also window tinting.. I can get it done for £150 in a local shop..is this stuff worth getting ? will it last or does it peel off ? as i said, all this modding is new to me so any help ;)
never really had a car that i wanted to spend money on, its always been a burden to me....but i find myself hooked on wanting to get this one done up..

I have window tinting in mine, had the whole lot done a while back. good stuff is pretty durable BUT when your girlfriend is in a mood and throws off her seat belt which catches the window as its going up it does chip. wouldnt advise it if ya got kids on that note

Eurostyling Rip Off!

What a rip off!

I just phoned Eurostyling, the stock Supersprint Backboxes for the Stilo, there are two styles and the price is the same for both, £228 + vat which is £327 plus £25 postage, is that a scam or what?

Remember it's only a back box not a complete system or CAT back system!

YUK!

hmmm, thanks for the window tinting tip, Big Black Stilo, I have kids so i will keep that in mind if im gonna get it...i got a moody teenage daughter :(
I got an amazing kids seat the other day..its a recaro start and cost me 170 quid but its well worth the extra as the colour of it matches the interior of my stilo perfectly

Ok, I just got a new quote for my insurance and it will cost me an extra £104 per year to have the car lowered by no more than 5cm, to have a new (non manufacturer ) exhaust fitted and all the windows tinted 30%...
That was with Elephant.co.uk ...
Considering I have no NCB and its an Abarth i thought that was pretty reasonable, to go from £689 per year to £793 when you take into account that all other insurance companies were quoting me well over £1000 without the mods....

"How old are you?"
Not telling.. :)
Seriously if you really wanna know its on my profile...
But im happily married so please don't try anything on ;)

What do you guys think of these ?

Chav city - why ruin a great car with those.

As I was saying on the mx-5 forum the other day, a couple of years ago they were quite cool, but now they seem to be a must have for half the street. Does it look like a lexus - no.

Do you relly want to look like "I wish it was a lexus" - no.

If a jobs worth doing, its worth doing well.
I reall dont think they will accentuate the looks.

Your car is pretty rare anyway!

Just my angry 2p worth - each to their own. (Chav's are allowed an opinion too) ;)

If you do fit them Ill be forced to drive down to the coast in the dead of night and swap them back over at my own expense, just to put "right" the inhumanity of it! ;)

No seriously now, I was actually looking for some lowering springs to drop the car by 35mm.. I can't / wont go any lower than that. So if anybody can recommend a good set that will not degrade the handling of the Abarth could they please tell me.. Thanx.
