Yes, I know it has 5 cylinders, but they are not in a shape of a V - they are inline.

More like £4000, 237 bhp at best above which you need internal mods, not sure they still do it and you have to go to Germany to have it fitted.
Isnt it just possible to just drop the coupe turbo lump in :devil:
or use the turbo from the coop? and get a sports cat
This isn't a cheap option. You need the ECU changed, wiring, exhaust.....

red devils was good at 199bhp.. cant remember the torque
247 lbs/ft, but that was with someones fat arse sat on the slam panel to hold it on the rollers, some were 205+
its not 199 now, its 143, due to tempermental vvt,and a complete lack of the second stage of vvt at 5k rpm, soon to have new cams and variator fitted, hope fully solve the problem,and a new exhaust

i think mine was around 207bhp mark, but cant really remember. all i know is, the GSR kit is still on, and the remap is still in the ECU, and its been running superbly ever since! Although i do get a knock sensor message from the ecu show up on the lap top, but no engine light on
It would fit and with alot of hard work it would work, but not worth it really with the time involved and money.
the standard 2.4 unit will take about 220-250 without internal mods, and providing the rev limit isnt raised too much to increase stress, more than that and its new conrods etc time

so how do you raise the rev limit?
fit higher lift cams and tell the ecu, or just tell the ecu, but wouldnt gain any benefit as max power on standard cams in produced at 6000rpm
