Hi there,
my problem is of a strange kind.
So, here it is...
When driving at around 2000-2500 rpm, usually before stoping or changing gear to lower one - when I press clutch, sometimes my rpm's fall down to 100 rpm and then go back to usually ones (700-750), or vehicle even turns off! The problem is more obvious when electrical consumers like rear window heater, fan blower, lights... are on, especially during winter time.
Using LPG diagnostic equipment (I have LPG installed in my STILO) I've measured that battery voltage falls from ~14V down to ~12V in that situation - just pressing my clutch and slowing down!
Let me mention that it is not happening when I'm speeding up and changing my gears up - from 2. to 3. ...
I have changed battery, coils and plugs (all four) - not just because of the problem but because it was the time to change it and also hoping to solve my problem as well, but no.
I've also had my throttle inlet control valve cleaned on both sides - and behind the flap - nothing happened.
Having two winters to learn how to drive with this problem I managed somehow to lower the number of turn-off's, I simply drive with small number of electrical consumers on. In 99% of time everything is perfect, but I just want to fix it and make good as it can be!
So, some say that it is because of my inlet control valve but I still believe that it has something to do with electricity. Did any of you have such a problem and how did you solve it?
