Technical Stilo 1.6 Dynamic Security Failure

Hi

Not had this 2004 Stilo
For long but I have received a loose connection message a few times and the car would lose all power.

However the car wasn’t would not start this morning due to car security failure loose connection.

So I read the forums and read about the D4 connector under the battery fuse box.

I did not disconnect the D4 cable but just moved the wires in the harness and cleaned the outside.

To my amazement the cat started and seems ok.

However I am not sure I trust it to take to the station as I don’t want to me left stranded

Any suggestions on what I should do next?

Also there is a purple connection next to the D4 with nothing connected to it should that be the case?
