Stilo 1.2 Dash lights problems 2003 model

Hi all,
New to the forum and after some advice please. I just bought a 2003 Stilo and once at the petrol station realised all the dash lights are out and the petrol gage is at empty and constantly beeps. I have had a rummage about other sites and it's suggested the cluster may have gone?! This morning I tried to find all fuse areas as my manual isn't to great with info like that but I have not a clue what I am doing in all honesty. Has anyone had any success in gaining the dash electrics back by fuse change, or is there a simple fix?
