Technical Stiff in the morning

I am having trouble changing gear, every morning, when the engine is cold, I have to force it into gear or when I get it in gear it bounces out, it goes after about 5 mins of driving.

Should I be worried about this

Ooh er stiff in the morning sir, suits you!
Sounds like a clutch adjustment might cure this.
The sporting box is a little notchy when cold as its a close ratio box i would'nt worry about it just keep an eye on it to see if it gets worse
