Hi, does anyone know where I can get a user manual for my Brava's stereo either post or online?

Depends on what unit you have. Go to Bravo Owner's Organisation page and look through audio section.

Apart from that, try using Google to find Instrukcja_obslugi_radia_AD182M2_H3_H4_english.pdf
