Technical Stepped Washer & Washer Dimesions

Hi All,

As per the title I am looking for the correct dimensions for the stepped washer and washers used to keep the idler/tensioner in place for the timing belt (the one that has the 17mm nut)...

During strip down I've come across what seems to be a bodged job and the wrong washers used...

So I'm looking to get the correct ones to put back on... cannot find any kits anywhere so foung to have to find sepereately

Any help would be much appreciated

...nearly a good call, but I'm not sure how you determined the age of his vehicle (94-2002? - I've probably missed something), and the idler/tensioner details are on a different section here anyway, down the page under "Camshaft Drive":

If '94-02 is wrong, you can use the same site to determine part numbers for a different vintage of 'van. If you're struggling to navigate, however, post the vintage and engine size and I'll try to put a different link up.
