Technical Steering wheel control on aftermarket radio

Hi is there anyone who know how to make steering wheel control working on aftermarket radio ? It works on old radio but not on new even if i had canbus box so is the prroblem in this box or i must manualy take some wire and connect it to the key1 or how its called on new radio cables ? Im newby so sorry if i ask some stupid questions.

Hi, am doing some searching as I have the same issue. Did you ever resolve and get steering wheel controls working ??
I'm using a Pioneer head unit with Connect2 leads but both pioneer and connects2 are unable to resolve.
