Technical Steering pump

I have a problem locating a hose for the power steering on my 1999 Fiat Ducato 2.8TDJ. All the motor part stockist say it is out of production. Any ideas where I maybe able to get one. Or get one made. ? .

If you can measure the fittings at each end, then someone like Pirtek should be able to make something up, assuming this is on the pressure side.
