Hi all, had a little accident a few weeks age,I pulled out on someone come down the righthand side of me, a bit of Damage to the door and wing but seems the wheel took the brunt of it, since the the steering wheel is sort of at a 10 to 4 When driving straight and pulling to the left. Iv had the car up on jack and can’t see anything obviously bent, but wheel does seem to be leaning in at the top, I loosed the hub Carrier from the strut and wedged in screwdriver and retightened and this seemed to pull the wheel out slightly and very very slightly Improve the steering, just want to get some advice here as don’t want to be throwing good money on bad, thanks

Sounds like the strut damper/shock absorber is bent. There is possibility hub carrier also bent.
Vital you check steering tie rod is not bent.
Easiest fix is to get a complete strut / hub carrier assembly from scrap yard.
Then get wheel geometry checked and tracking adjusted .

Plus use your door mirror more often(-:
