Anyone have any recommendations for a steering lock for my 500?

I have seen this one (pic) says for fiat ..and due to airbag I know I can’t just buy any!

A little more piece of mind .. after typecastboy latest project car and how easy it could be to steal a 500!

To be fair any of these locks act as no more than a visual deterant. They are let down by a lock which is easy to break. A pro thief will get delayed by about 20 seconds.

I’ve got various incarnations of steering locks on my cars. All are only visual. Can’t hurt but don’t think it will stop a thief.

With the quite sensitive leather on a 500 steering wheel I would be wary of any of these locks. I could imagine it's very easy to scratch the leather when installing and uninstalling the thing.
I put in a hidden switch for the fuel pump in my other car. A little more effort in the original installation but much easier to activate later.
A dummy obd port is another option I am considering, since that seems to be the weakest point against professional theft (except the tow truck which nothing can prevent).
A decent wheel clamp (e.g. the Nemesis) is quite a strong obstacle, however, it will fill the boot when not in use ;-)

The wheel one my Moms 500 1.4 Pop looks like worn out vinyl after only 3 years. It’s scars with the greatest of ease.
