Technical Power steering Issue (Fiat 500 2009)

I have a 2009 Fiat 500 with a Power Steering problem.
When I place the "power steering" fuse, being parked, when I start the engine the steering pulls itself all to the right preserving the soft touch of the power steering, but with that inconvenience, the problem started a while ago, but I have decided to ask in this forum if anyone has had a similar problem or who knows about the subject. no error codes on the dashboard while the fuse is in place

tengo un fiat 500 año 2009 con un problema en el power steering.
Cuando coloco el fusible del "power steering", estando estacionado, al encender el motor la dirección se jala sola todo hasta la derecha conservado el tacto suave de la dirección asistida, pero con ese inconveniente, el problema comenzó hace ya un tiempo, pero he decidido preguntar en este foro por si alguien ha tenido un problema similar o que conozca del tema. no presenta testigos / errores en el tablero mientras tenga el fusible colocado

Maybe it needs (re)calibration ith MES or Examiner (dealer).

Very first step is to get the system diagnosed for error codes!- at least then you will have an idea of where the problem lies.

Looks like a problem with the P/S ecu -still needs diagnostics to track the problem down!
