is it possible to fit "hidden" wheel weights on steel wheels or do they have to use the ugly weights that are fitted to the outside of the wheel rim?

Rather than the lead weights that clip in the side of the rim. You can get stick on ones. They stick on the hidden section of the wheel, so you can see them through the spokes, but they look much better the weights on the lip of the rim.

i have them on my alloys, but ive never seen the basic steel wheels have them, u always see the outer rim clip weighs on steels. thats why i asked. plan on refubing my steels so dont wanna have ugly weights ruining the look.
u get ur wheels balnced all on the inner edge on modern balences

meaning? they will use the sticky weights and not the clips for sure?
will be removing all the weights when i refurb so they will need to be re-balanced, just wanna keep the looks same as when i finish the refurb.
it will be knock on weight but on the inner side of the wheel, the older wheel balenced used to balance on the inner and outer side the new wheel balances like 1 we just got at work u can set it to balance on the inner side only so u dnt see the weights
