I have a p reg cinq sx and lately it has had trouble starting. I can sometimes turn it over 8 or 9 times and then it fires fine and drives fine. It had a full service in january so it nothing that side, its only done it in the last month or so. Has anybody any ideas?? thanks matt

When it doesn't start does the pump prime, and do you have a spark?

yer have a spark and pump makes a noise like it normal does yes if that helps thanks matt
Check your service invoice for a fuel filter.

that was dun bout 9 months ago but will have a look at it 2 mo. could it be anything like a sensor?? thanks matt

everything apart from that was changed because didn't see the point if it had only been on 6 months

yes i did but getting a new 1 2day as its a lot worse. i didn't know if it was crank shaft sensor? and yer getting a spark

If you are getting a spark and you have fuel, then I'd be more inclined to think temp sensor.
Although crank sensor would also be in the frame.
Take a reading from the temp sensor.
