Technical Start stop issue

see attached , not that clear when you zoom in , but should help, if you have a T10 fitted it sounds promising !
since I made that thread my daughter has bought a dualogic 500 so I will be interested to hear what you find. Clearly you will have some extra controls/relays for dualogic , but the stop-start principle of starting is hopefully the same .
Sadly T10 is unpopulated in my car and is listed as 'Spare' :(

Hi , I dont know the full history of your car , but you said you fitted a new battery . So presumably the old battery was in poor health so start stop would be blocked due to that . But now you have a healthy battery it is trying to work. T10 would be the bottom right relay . from your photo it is not present . I see it says spare on that photo ( Amercan versions maybe ??) . Just thinking that a previous owner removed the T10 as they didn't like start stop or used it elsewhere. You could try a relay in that T10 position. T20 is the normal starting relay on my versions . if you remove T20 and the engine wont start at all then that would confirm this on yours .
What is the thread called or give me a link please.
Great info on the dualogic repair , I know where to look if my daughters one plays up- thanks

Thanks Mike, that's a great point. I have had a closer look at the vacant t10 and I can see there are pins there... so i have moved T19 there. Will give it a drive later and see if it all works now. It would be great if it's been as simple as that!!!
