standard unit - display has gone haywire !

Today the display on my standard fit Stilo cd player/radio went wrong. It seems to freeze, show the radio station sometimes and even when another is tuned that stays on the display. Although the unit can be switched on and off the display remains even when off. Sometimes the display is a load of symbols only and later today it looked like a line of space invaders !

The current radio station is correctly displaying on the speedo clock thingy, so I I think it relates to the display only, not the whole cd unit.

any ideas, is there any sort of reset button anywhere does anyone know?
