Technical Squeaky noise from rear suspension

Greetings!

I have a Fiat Stilo MW JTD 1.9 2003.

I'm hearing squeaky noises coming from the rear right side, when I drive thru potholes and such.

I looked under the car and the only thing I saw slight damaged was the bump stop inside the spring. A slight nick when the spring ends and connects to the bump stop.

Could it be it?

If I change the bump stop will it fix the problem?
The dampers are already 210.000 km old, but just passed 'mot' testing a few days ago, and the car drives well without noises at higher speeds.

Any help/input would be great.

Greetings!

Changed the dampers (to KYB Excel-G) and the bump stop from the noisy side.
The noise is still there. Less but still annoying me

Any ideas?

Could try lublicating the top and bottom spring seats. If that doesn't cure it, the only other moving parts on the rear suspension are the axle bushes.

Today I did that after reading this article:

Applied some silicone spray and Lithium Grease on the top and bottom of the spring, and some spray between the bushes and the metal body/axle.

It is silent/ok now.
