Hi! I Just got a (free) project (fiat panda 1.1 2006, the one with the round oil filler cap) and just finished changing the headgasket.
After checking everything I noticed the aux pulley has a bit of a wobble! Measured a bit and the pulley itself seems straight. The sprocket however, seems to not exactly sit plane.

Is a bit of a wobble normal?

It's the whole pulley that wobbles by the way. Also the part not encased in rubber.

The pip needs to go where the blue circle is

The pulley should feel solid and not rock before you tighten the bolts, is suspect this will be you problem, it in the right orientation but hasn't seated properly,

If the inner edge 1 is running true but the outer edge 2 isn't the pulley has started to delaminate, very very rare, as I haven't seen one on the panda, you will also need to check the one way clutch on the alternator working before replament, otherwise the new pulley will get destroyed
