ive had 110 out of my sei sporting, me m8 had 115 out of his, not bad for 1.1's

sei clock goes to 130 iirc

the clock only goes to 120 but there is nothing to stop the needle travellng and with a bit of guessing judgement in looked about 125.

Smurfhead - would trade as Gaz but bit confusing with another guy with the same car on here with the same name. lol

I think the rev limiter is about 7800rpm ish. I haven't checked how close it was to it when i did that speed cuz i was too busy holdin on and paintin my underwear.

Got mine upto 110 on the speedo downhill on the M1 today at dusk. I then eased off though. Might have gone further

Std Cinq Sporting:

Been pulled at 95 - And I wasn't really pushing it
Been off the clock at an indicated 123 or so on a few occasions(usually down big hills on motorways)
Indicated 100+ regularly on a flat road (Given enough space It'll get up to 110 or so indicated without gravity assistance)
Been up to 115 or so indicated down a slight hill whilst alongside a mate's Passat who reckoned his speedo was reading similar numbers.

Never been sure whether I've just got a good one, the speedo was waaaay out or whether FIATs top speed claims were just conservative, probably a combination of the three.
 
never tried with just me in the car but with 4 mates iv had 107mph on the way to manchester. it wanted to go faster but eased off when approching bridges.

if you want to go as fast as possible, find a very big steep hill, accelerate down it and then put the car in neutral!!!!!!!! never tried it and don't intend to, but imagine how fast you could go! and how badly messed up the car would be when you crash it. steering gets quite twitchy above 80. not that i'd know, of course.

Standard except for ITG panel filter

Broom yellow 2001 sporting, with Abarth kit, delocked, ICE, Tints, ITG filter, and err thats about it!
