White are the heater, grey the signal and black is earth. Won't you connect it at the original harness connector?

Cheers :) Just figured it out.

As I want it to be Plug and Play, I don't want to modify the engine side loom at all. That means that the heater will work fine, but the O2 signal will need to be earthed. That's done by the ECU it appears, so I'll have to join one wire on the new cable to earth for it to work. Not a problem, just chosing the right earth is an issue regarding electrical noise. Think the Sensor earth will be fine though.

I mounted both NB and WB sensor and selected the one needed through a switch. Now i am sure WB is working fine, i'll remove the NB and put a bolt in its place.

Well, I actually google'd and dug up an old post of mine looking for information lol.

https://www.fiatforum.com/cinquecento-seicento/128262-seicent-spi-injectors.html?p=1342161

The Cinq/Sei spi injector is a Magneti Marelli part number 213170623605.

The Fiat Seicento Workshop manual states the following specification:

Static Capacity: 465cm3/min
Dynamic Capacity: 103 cm3/min

Winding resistance: 1.75 ohm +- 5% @ 20 degrees celcius

Low impedance injector...new territory for me.

I know the Flyback circuitry must be installed on the PCB, and it should work, but the PWM has to be set in the software.

Has anybody here had any experience using a low impedance injector (s)

It was all coming along well, and was just finalising the details....until it was written off.....no cinq means no testing, and I think the money from the write off will (finally!) get the black sei back on the road.

Hope the thread may be of use to someone though :) (y)

Cheers for the help, especially brooky for the ecu connector

Man i was so looking forward to a harness adaptor to the Ms. That would be minted! Is there no way you can test if the adaptor worked with just he ecu ? Am willing to try this on the car if could post up the details pin from harness goes to which pin in MS?

Glad you are fine from the accident!

Maybe in time....I now need to get the black one up and running...at the moment it needs fully battery rewiring, full engine loom, sort out the mess of wiring inside, and thats only the electrical stuff that needs sorting before i can get it back on the road lol
