my dad recently got 2 speeding fines for doing 36 mph in a 30 zone. My question is this as he needs his licence for work and he already has 6 points is there anyway he can get off with the points so he can keep his job

how was he caught? if so has he already signed to say it was him speeding (big mistake)

Check that the notification letter has "On Behalf Of The Cheif Constable" under where it is signed. A guy got let off in Norwich yesterday because it didn't have this on the letter.
