Technical speed lock/central locking

over the past week somethings strange is going on with my locking system

well its quite a few things:

• you unlock the car, open a door but after a short space of time the car locks again, like it should do if the door wasnt opened
• the speed locks wont activate unless the passenger door was the one that was opened (well, 95 % of the time)
• the speed locks came on, but the red LED on the door flashes
• the speed locks come on, but when you get to pick up someone, i cant unlock the doors using the drivers door control, I had to open my door at first to unlock both, but now it only does one (the door that opens)
• sometimes it wont unlock or lock with the drivers door control

however despite all this i can unlock and lock/deadlock the car faultess everytime with the fob so im stumped

anyone any ideas?

i guess this one will remain a mystery. For now i have turned off the speed lock function

You could always try a reset (disconnect battery for say an hour)
