speaker pods

hiya everyone, right i have a 60S and want to have speakers in the door, now before you lot say it i dont want gt door pods as they do not allow me to undo the window as i have manual ones and dont want to change over to ellecy ones atm. i was therefore wondering if anyone on here could write me a how to guide for making your own out of mdf, or could point me in the direction of one already made, cheers

I am doing this right now for my Seicento. So far I've just got the moulds done for the door, just got some spare door bins off Gaz_Wrexham, so I'll start hacking away at them this week to fit the speakers in and maybe my crossovers. Then out with the resin again! Be warned, the stink of that stuff makes you go weird, do it outside or in a well ventilated area, not the kitchen! And the CSM fibre goes every where, be prepared for a bollocking from the lady of the house!
