General spanner light

Hi there spanner light has come on on the dash 2009 fiat ducato is this just a service light or something else . Van seems to be fine still drives as it always has .

No i dont have a hand book. just got service info with the van had the van about 5 months

My handbook says "This warning light comes on at the scheduled
service warnings and stays on constantly when the deadline is reached. The warning light goes off after the service has been carried out at a Fiat Dealership or once 1000 km have been covered at the service
deadline.

Yeah, what I thought.

It might be that the car has been serviced, but the timer hasn't been reset. Mine's the same. Serviced a month ago, but never reset the notification.
