can i have some replys to say what make of sound deadning you used and what you paid as im soon putting an install in my car and need to get things sorted soon.

I used dynamat extreme i paid 160 to have 5 rolls put in my doors and boot. Is a very useful upgrade indeed you wont regret it!

Look up 'brown brothers' in the yellow pages and get some bodyline. About 1/3rd the price of dynamat and far easier to use.

People harp on about how much 'better' dyn extreme is than the rest but if its a case of doing half the door in dyn extreme or the whole door in something not as 'good' then doing the whole door will be better.

Or you can go to B&Q and go the plumbing section and look for "flashing tape"
It's very similar but much cheaper than dynamat etc

And flashing tape is about as expensive as bodyline and loads more work to fit.

How does bodyline come Tom? In a roll or flat sections?
I found flashing tape pretty easy but if bodyline is better I'll get that next time...

about the tape from B&Q, guess where i work part time? Yep B&Q so i get 20% of the price anyway but is it anywhere near as good as proper sound deadning?
