Engine does not sound right.

well got a fiat bravo.. 1.6hlx.. day by day the engine doesnt sound right. when doing about 3000revs or more there is a mentaly sound coming from the engine.

well i still have the juddering problem. and was told that i have to change my ht leads.. so have ordered them off shop4parts..

can it be the leads thats damaged and is making a noise? plzz help
