Jamie, it would be great to get your opinion on service levels etc as you are in with us next week and also DWindsor who's car we had in today!

lol to be fair this is the 3rd time its been booked in due to me not turning up lol. and they were happy to have it.
always been taken care of, like when i got my gearbox done somebody stayed late so i could pick it up.
when i had my door handle done on warranty, the tech checked all my levels and gave the car a once over, and even topped up my oil for me

I had my 1st year service there back in 2005 and the Spring recall all fine. But I find Days in MK cheaper for the same quality of service now I am out of warranty! But I am heading for 5 year service (cambelt) new radiator, exhaust and MOT so wherever I go this time will cost a bit !

The service is of good quality there, the first time it went in i wernt all that impressed but since then (2 trips later) they have rectified themselves and now after condensation in my breaklights, they offered to try and sort me out with abarth ones for no extra cost and i didnt even have to ask. So yea top dealer
Even though I live about 150 miles away, place looked busy (which is a good thing). I will always use Chris for parts. He can get them quicker and responde quicker than my local dealer! Spot Chris'sy boy!

I think he was the one that rang me the other day when my car was in and got it sorted so that my standard faulty breaklights will be replaced with abarth ones. Seemed a good fella
