One of their employees is a member here, and afaik no-one has had an issue. Username Chris@Souls (https://www.fiatforum.com/members/chris-souls)
Garages come & go as staff do etc...best way is to try them to be honest and judge for yourself. I know many garages that are slagged off from hearsay yet are excellent in their service etc.
If you do try them out let us know of your experience
I went in last monday for warrenty work n it had to be rebooked cause one of the things they were stuggling with but they said they had fixed another fault but as soon as it was driven out of the garage car park up it popped again and had another fault occur since its been in might just be coincidence though. Its back in monday though.
i went with a mate in his punto, guy came and had a quick look and explained some stuff to us for freee

Nah to be honest we relish good honest feedback, at the end of the day feedback allows us to adjust and improve the way we do things to give an overall better service to the customer.
Jamie, did you not have a problem with that heater motor before? Also mate when you booked it in did you tell them the heater fan isn't working? The recall is purely a wiring mod and will not solve the blower motor problem.
If you haven't reported it I'll change the booking when I'm back to work tomorrow!

yeah i yold the woman the actual motor wasnt working, said something about ordering parts in so i assume she knew what i was on about
I've sorted the booking and ordered a blower motor incase it is that

Yeh I got to agree, Chris and Sharon have been fantastic in helping me get my parts and would recommend them to anyone, will be visiting them soon, once again top place and team! :worship:

I cannot comment on their servicing, but watch out for the parts salesman who puts your average estate agent in a good light, well it's that or he was taught by them - hi Chris :wave:
