General Something new for the Sei..

Ok.. So i have wanted these for ageeeeeeeeeees! So when they come up 2nd hand for a good price.. i just couldn't refuse them! Thanks Fingers99!

I went to the Birmingham area yesterday with my partner Rob to meet John and buy them. When we got home Rob wanted to fit them straight away lol! However turns out it wasn't as easy as it looked..! I needed spacers on the back aswel as the front.. however when they were on the John's Cinq he said he didn't need spacers on the back? (I think that's right..)

Rob also discovered i need a new rear drivers side hub as the thread has come undone on two bolts.. therefore i can't drive the car now until this is fixed due to it not being safe and the wheel could just fly off at any time! Hopefully this will be sorted today though!

Anyways, the wheels are on.. and now when i look at my Seicento.. i forget about all the little problems and just smile at how lovely these Compomotive Mo's really are!

They do look good on it, don't they? Sort of cute but meaty at the same time.

Spacers at the back: the difference is probably down to Blue having a rear disk conversion. Blue 2 has the drums and 3mm spacers at the back, but I'd always thought that that was down to Jamie being over cautious and had vague plans to remove them!

Black centre caps and white mirrors, methinks!

They look in really good condition for second handers

Thanks for all the comments I paid £300 eek! lol But yeah they are in very good condition and i'm pleased with them.

I've got a few things lined up.. Tints are next on my list i think, but i also want to get a full stainless steel custom exhaust made up at some point aswel. I have a red omp strut brace waiting to be fitted too

Not sure if it looks out of place though as nothing else on the car is blue.. it's just red and black. But think i might see if i can buy a spare set and then experiment!

Compomotive will do you a spare set for £20. Or you might try and see if you can get some black Abarth ones (there's an Abarth shop on eBay) in a suitable size.
