Someone PLEASE HELP!!!!

i have just bought a new rear bumper and the number plate needs special bolts which have lights on i have found out that they are called "lite n boltz" but cannot find where to get them from someone please help...

Why on earth would it need them? They don't illuminate the number plate at all.

Not a Windup

this is not a windup i bought the bumper off jim (jimmynos) and the number plate is at the right hand side so you need to light it up for legal reasons and jim had the same bolts which have lights on (lite n boltz) so someone plz help...

The are not the chav ones, but bolts that shine the light at an angle to light up the number plate...
