General Someone help please!!

Hi guys I'm hoping someone can help I have an 06 grande punto and I'm trying to update my blue and me I've disconnected my Bluetooth from my phone but every time I put my USB in the port it says its starting the update but then says there is a GPRS error has anyone got any suggestions I would be very grateful

I'm far from an expert,
but look in the MISC = ICE section, there are links to the B+M factory website,
I found that MUCH better than reading a handbook,
