500 Some trouble again.

It is minus 3 here and when i start Fiat it won`t switch transmission to Rear.

I have 1,4 robotic transmission.
When i position joystick to rear mode - it just starts to beep without showing any warning messages. But display shows that the gearbox goes to neutral.
It does switch to 1-2-shifts. But does`nt want to go to rear shift.
I have to switch gearbox several times untill it switches rear mode. Sometimes i even have to shut down engine and start again.

But when i finaly manage to switch transmisson to rear the trouble won`t appear again untill the next day, no matter how long i move - it always switches R when i need to.

What is wrong with him?

When you start the car - let it get warm for about 2-3 minutes (if its cold outside) and then try to move between the gears.
It happened to me when i had a problem with the robot - only after the gear was warm enough it replaced the gears without problems, if i would start the car and after only 20-30 seconds try to move to 1 / R it wouldn't let me and give weird sounds outside the car (no flashing dash), sometimes it even beeped and turned the car off by itself \=
