Some t**t's put a dent in my bonnet......!!

Any ideas how to remove a very shallow dent about 12 inch long from my bonnet?
It looks like it's been sat on and it's just dinked in ever so slightly (like about a millimetre).
Do I remove the bonnet and knock it out from underneath? If so, how major a job is it to do for someone with a bit of common sense and some basic mech. skills?

Push it from behind with your hand and it should pop out ok, especially if its just been done.

Not good news - you can't push it out from behind because there is a top and bottom side to the bonnet...
Looks like i'm off to get quoted unhappy....

try dent master..or try using a sucky thing used to lift sheets of glass...

put this on the bonnet then give a tug on it and you may be lucky...
