Cheers.
Now I'm sorry if the next pictures upset people but I am getting things fixed. This is the bit of the car that makes me the most sad! I'm going to get some quotes on repair but I think I may need to steel myself for a pain in the wallet!

Work done to the rear so far.
I've filled and fixed the rear bumper, I'll probably re do the filter to get it Perfect I time but for now the lack of massive hole will do!
I've also resprayed quite a number of nasty scratches and scrapes. Not quote showroom but I'm happy with the work. I'm learning as I go so the bleeding etc will get better!
The ding in the corner just above the bumper is more obvious in the picture than real life so it is staying until I sort the more major things.
The wheels are in fairly good condition but are the next part of the project!

I've got her booked in to a body shop to get the wing and passenger door seen to.
Trying to locate the leak that leads to a puddle in the passenger seat well. It looks to me it is coming from the b_pillar area, need to check the seals.

I have replaced the seal around the tonneau cover, despite seating it as well as I can the cover needs an extra push to click closed and pops up when you pull the release, is this normal? The seals look flush to me!
Also I have got a set of the gas struts for the hood from Barchettaparts but they seem to be a couple of mm too long, any thoughts?

Your tonneau cover sounds OK to me - mine usually engages on both sides if you drop it down from a height, but sometimes it needs to be gently pressed down on one side to engage fully. Pulling the release lever makes it pop up a little. I imagine yours will improve once the seal beds in with use, and if you're feeling some resistance, at least you know that the seal is doing its job!

I appear to have acquired a hard top...
I'm planning on re-spraying it, matching or different colour?
I'm tempted to go for black rather than silver to keep the look.

I've changed the struts, the second pair were a better fit except that one was too short, I fit it anyway however the bottom attachment went bang on closing the roof  having said that the roof is now much easier to lift and lower.

All trim removed and Windows adjusted. Went for a drive and noticeable reduction in wind noise :D

Next part of the project, removing the rubber floor to dry it out and check on rust. Wish me luck!

Just did the same thing and yes, it was scary as hell. Rust and decomposed floor insulation everywhere on the passenger side.
Had to leave the floor open for a week to let it dry out completely.

Found two unused wires with connectors in the right side under the floor, any ideas what those might be?
